Our strength is the high quality of our ingredients, starting from the pizza crust, first and foremost, creating a dough according to the traditional Neapolitan recipe – with a thick edge, called the “crust” – and carrying a mix of ingredients that are always fresh.

Our “Italiana ai ciliegini confit” (with confit cherry tomatoes), our “Calvetti with ricotta” sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and covered with sliced ham just when it comes out from the oven, our “Prataiola agli champignons ed erbe aromatiche” (Champignons and herbs) and our “Viale Ceccarini with bacon, robiola cheese and rucola”: these pizzas are favorites with our Customers. But the list is very long and there is something for all those who love good pizza!
