The Olivo’s Futurist Room, where international cuisine meets avant-garde art.

Are you looking for a special setting for an elegant evening, a business dinner or a family celebration?

Our restaurant holds a significant part of the artistic heritage of Verona, a space that finally returns available to citizens, tourists and art lovers. And for those who want to organize a dinner in one of the most important place of the Futurism in Verona.

After a meticulous restoration that lasted over a year, we opened the Futurist Room in the basement of the Olivo in winter 2016. The cycle of paintings is realized by Futurist painters from Verona Albino Siviero, alias Verossì, and Amos Ernesto Grave. It represents the highlights of the love story of Romeo and Juliet and tells a charming Verona at the turn of 1900, when art and culture were hub of city life.

The Futurist Room is available for customers with à la carte service Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunch. Otherwise, it could be reserved by groups and for organized dinners during the other times of the week, booking hotline at 342 3465146.

In addition, the Room will host themed dinners, with Futurist menus and artistic performances, but it will remain open to the public for a simple tourist visit too.

Now, imagine distinct and elegant women and men of old times. A set apart area full of history, told by young and dreamer artists from Verona on its walls. And visionary poets whose zang! tumb! echoed above the subdued chatter. All these things revived today at the Olivo.

Eat with art to act with art.
